Braid & Bloom Studio Sessions
A Relaxed Motherhood Session
I absolutely loved this minimalist studio setup I created with my lovely friends who form part of our Braid and Bloom team.
This was a last minute creative morning and I gathered lots of things I have had lying around for shoots for a while and we luckily found the amazing Rachael who popped over to model for us for a few hours.
I would love to start shooting more products and I absolutely adore this feel of imagery. It was a creative morning well spent.
A Luxe British Summer Garden Wedding
This session was a bit special. Isha and Aurora popped round for a relaxed motherhood session. We wanted to create something that celebrated the strength that you find from within as a new mother and that incredible bond and the love that you feel that is unlike anything else.
The Perfect Woodland Wedding
Back in sunny September last year, myself and my wonderful second shooter Hayley shot this absolutely beautiful wedding for Mariam and Cameron at the amazing Four Seasons - Hampshire.
A 'Mummy & Me' Maternity Session
Sophie and Simon's beautiful day was absolutely amazing. it was the perfect combination of earthy and luxurious and was a total dream to photograph from start to finish.
Thank you so much for asking me to capture your special day.
Shoot & Share Competition
I absolutely loved this session with Lucy and Millie. Lucy actually wore her wedding dress which I have been dying to photograph her in since her wedding day, so I was over the moon. Plus Lucy handmade Millie's amazing little dress from vintage lace she picked up at a car boot. She is so talented!
A Snowy Maternity Shoot
I recently entered an photo competiton for the first time for a bit of fun and I can't believe how well some of my images did!
This year Shoot & Share had 413,000 images entered into the competition, by 175,000 unique entrants and a whopping 81 MILLION votes were cast!
Here are my images which received rewards. I still can't believe 4 made it to the final!
Milk Bath Session
We had planned a maternity shoot for Candra today and we were so lucky to have the most magical snow just after we arrived at our location.
Autumn Outdoor Mini Sessions
WARNING This session will give you serious baby fever
Gorgeous River lived up to his name and absolutely adored his milk bath session. We added a few fresh and faux leaves and flowers to the milk bath and Tammy wore this stunning lace gown which can be picked up very affordably on Ebay.
I adore these images, I am sure they will be treasured for years to come and can be used to suitably embarrass River on his 18th Birthday.
Outdoor Maternity Photos
Gemma booked one of my Autumn outdoor mini sessions and I couldn't have been more excited as she has such amazing creativity, and when her and Noah turned up, I was so in love with her outfit choices!
Noah is the sweetest boy and it was such a pleasure to photograph him and his love for his mama. He is going to be the most amazing big brother.
An at-home 'lifestyle' newborn session
When Rachael booked for maternity photos, I was excited to hear she had 2 dress options to bring, but she was also interested in trying my two 'wardrobe options' that I lend to clients (the cream ones). I ended up managing to get her in all of them as she looked amazing in each!! It is so nice to have different looks over the same shoot. I absolutely LOVED her tattoos so I made sure we featured those for a few. Isn't she blooming!
I love in-home sessions. I think it is so important to capture the story of the home and the family that your little one was so lucky to be born into.
Tammy and Clay have the most beautiful space, full of those special little touches. I absolutely loved capturing some images of them together with adorable River.
An 'I do' re-do at the beach
Rachael and Chris had the most amazing cosy, country Christmas wedding last year. It was an absolute pleasure to take photos of such a perfectly planned day. Every single detail was picture perfect so it made my job easy! Think wooden beams, real fires, candlelit dinner, fairy lights, very muted, warm tones - champagne golds with a hint of deep plum. It was intimate, festive, and so much fun!
I wanted to create a little gallery of an 'I do' re-do session on the beach to show what beautiful images we could create during the winter months.
Isha and Paul are the most amazing, energetic and adventurous couple, I was doing excited squeals throughout the whole session seeing the magic unfolding in-front of me.
